I went ahead and purchased it when you posted the link. No problems in my copy. Calibre choked on it when I tried to convert it to epub though.

Let me find my ereader and look.
Found my ereader. Looked at the first few pages. I saw no problems.
This leads me to ask if Jon just looked at the look inside on Amazon.
