I have refreshed the tool a bit and added new devices.

I have also released the code on GitHub under GPLv3.

It might be useful to also show the hardware revision of the Kobo too (it is in the download link as http://download.kobobooks.com/firmwares/kobo#/December2016/kobo-update-4.2.8110.zip).
