I suppose that's a possibility. Although I trust hope that people would be smart enough to not purchase books that did that. I wouldn't pay money for them and/or I would clean any books like that long before they made it to my reader. I also expect some enterprising young programmer would create a Calibre plugin to strip that kind of nonsense automatically.
