Argos replaced my Glo HD without a problem this morning. Luckily they had a replacement which I had reserved before I left home. Everything is fine now.

This is nothing, it took 4 H20s to get a working one. And Argos did not send me any letters about returns, maybe because I was dealing with human beings who saw the faults first hand.
