Thank you. I certainly can't verify any information I received, but the woman told me she was employed by Amazon, not Best Buy, and I have no reason not to believe that.

My PW1 is annoying me with its slowness and I'd like to replace it, but at this point I'm prepared to spend $200 only for a Voyage 2. If there is no V2, it will take some sort of price reduction to get me to buy a V1.

I recently bought a new Voyage. After reading this thread I sent amazon customer service an email and told them I had read about a 50 dollar discount being sent to some amazon customers, which I didn't get. I then recieved a 50 refund to my cc for my purchase. Good customer service.
