It took quite a few hours of photo editing to get to this point. This skin is made up of many images in just as many layers including:

Cocobolo wood 'case'
Clockwork innards (from a Steampunk iPod skin)
Victorian brass seal
Gem on front and brass bezel on back (from a steampunk wallpaper)
Brass clock face from a clockwork wallpaper (cause so many people want a clock on their reader)
Brass Victorian grille (from a heating register)
Brass screw heads (from a steampunk wallpaper)
Brass inlays (from a wooden box)
Photos of my PRS-505, front an back for positioning
Many text layers, edited to appear as brass inlays and stamping on bezel

I was a challenge and I just noticed one last thing I will need to fix before I could get it done.

I just ordered one from myTego with a 20% off coupon no less! I can't wait to get it in! I had a skinit.com one from the Valentine's Day package --- one of the perks of having a birthday in early March! --- but peeled it off a few weeks ago. Time for something new!

I'm considering taking mine to these guys.

I mean they're literally right round the corner from my work and it looks good. Now to decide what to put on it, anyone know where I can get a high resolution triryche?
