Battery caibration has certainly improved the situation, nevertheless the battery is still drained. Is it foolish to think about a bad internal sdcard. I've read the same problems arouse with bad external cards, this kobo doesn't have one.

uncheck the "Automatic sync"

Hi,

I had the same problem as your, after updating the lastest firmware a month ago, my glo wouldn`t last more then a week even without reading time.

My setup has always being as : wifi set to "OFF", sleep after 5 minutes and power off to never. Never got problem with the battery untill the firmware update.

I noticed an option "Automatic sync" was checked... so I uncheck it.
I was never being aware of the "automatic sync", my previous firmware dated back 2 years ago.

It does improved the battery life, maybe less then 2 weeks... Still something else is draining the battery. I will probably rollback to one of those old firmware (if is possible, never tried it though).

Make sure to uncheck the "Automatic sync".
Maybe there`s a bug with the Automatic sync, it try to sync every night even the wifi is set to off.

My suggestion is a factory reset and an update to 3.19.xxxx. I'm using 3.19.xxxx (though on an H2O) and I have no battery issues.
