I think a great name would be "Bartleby", then when some one asked you if he does tricks you could reply "Yes, but he prefers not to."

What a lovely dog. His silky coat reminds me of the horse in the film Black Beauty. So how about......Beauty or Bouncer Boomer Bentley Boucher Beanie Benny. Slan Mag. |

I think you should go with a descriptive name. One which applies to all dogs, but especially the Lab (My favorite dog, btw, so just shush!): Bonehead |

I like Benny! I loved the story about the dog dragging the dog bed on to the bed to sleep with his human. I have 2 Italian Greyhounds that sleep in bed with us.....under the covers too! |

He's GORGEOUS! I would call him Booper. But, then, I call most dogs Booper - including my Bassett-Lab, Abner. |

We had an Italian Greyhound named Bella who was allowed to sleep with us -- occasionally under the blanket if it was cold, but never under the sheets. We adored this little lady, but she was an extremely stubborn dog. I've been told the Italian Greyhounds have personalities most like the stereotypical cat -- and I believe it.

I once was owned by a Pug Dog (named Oompa Loompa) who would not only sleep on our bed, but his favorite spot was directly on my head. It was always a contest to see who could snore louder. |

I like Balou. Bajazzo seems a bit of a mouthful, and I've heard that dogs can hear fricatives (s, z, sh...) as hissing, and that they might not make for the best names. I don't know how true this is, though.
