I boils down to: "Amazon hasn't taken over the world, so they're a failure. Because we say so."

It's from the same school of thinking as "BPH ebooks sales at $10-15 are flat or declining so ebooks are a fading fad."

I'm not sure why you guys are getting so worked up over the article title. No one would have even read it if it said Scribd Under Attack....
