Pablo did a great mini-tutorial on making ePUBs over at the MobileRead Wiki. I don't have the link handy (on my laptop, not my desktop), but anyone can find it in the ePUB section in the Wiki. ;-)

Nah, no panhandling for you! I won't have it!
