Actually, it is better to import the ePUB into Word via my plugin than via HTMLZ in my opinion. It takes more into account and will handle separate and internal stylesheets better because the process imports each HTML file separately. It will try to retain the stylenames as well.

That does sound like the best solution of ePub > Word.
