Dumb Python question
Do you need the blank lines between the 3 statements above? I tried it in 2.12 without the blank lines and it didn't seem to honor 'spine order' |

No you do not need the blank lines, but the indentation is important. Copy the example from the manual, there might be text formatting issues here

Also note that file_order only takes effect when you do a Replace All, not if you do a single Find/replace
