Oh, well this sounds INFINITELY easier, you could just split the PDF into two separate PDFs. One PDF dealing with all the English pages (you can treat that just like a normal English book), and one PDF dealing with all the Greek pages.

Yes, but by splitting into two PDF files will I still be able to have both the Greek text and the English translation available simultaneously for each page as they are now in one file , instead of having to continuously switch between the two PDF files? I know there are file splitters or can I do it perhaps with ABBYY by saving ALL the English pages and ALL the Greek pages separately as two PDF files? I'll try
