Thumbnail previews for epub files in Window explorer folders?

update - it may have been a crypto prevent issue. I unpacked the installer to desktop this time instead of running it from within the zip ( so that it did not try to run from a temp appdata folder). I not get a licence thing to tick and a messages saying you now need to restart.
so I'll try a reboot later & where I am then at.
crypto prevent: great for peace of mind - most annoying when you are trying to install new legit stuff!

one reboot later & I'm thingkin it still doe not work... but

when I change folder view from icons to tiles & then change it back again, it decides to kick in OK

Except that in the one place where I thought I might have a use for it - My ADE folder of library loans & DRMd purchases - the icons stubbornly don't show - 'cos of the DRM I guess.

So inside of calibre library folders it all looks very pretty but I never go there !

I do sometimes browse the dropbox backup of my calibre library from the calbre cloud app, but that already does an excellent job of showing covers.
I use that tablet app as well as calibre companion because the former works when my PC is off.
