There is no way at present to get an ePub download guide. You get get an HTML file of all the formats, but you cannot get one with just the format of your choice.

The Mobi download guide is unfair for all those that want other formats.

I don't think so. Although this guide is a nice idea it's easy to follow the uploads in the MobileRead library regularly and download the epub files in the appropriate threads directly.
