The author folder names where fixed by using the quality check, my library now is correct, just when books are added to Calibre, they are still first name/ last name.

If 'they' is the author folder names, then I thought they are always what's in the Author column (ignoring truncation and 'é' to 'e' etc). So if you want Last Name, First Name as folder names then you need to have 'Defoe, Daniel' in the Author column - I think
