Can I even get the latest Paperwhite user guide anywhere legally (without a Paperwhite) in AZW3/KF8? All I see are PDFs for download from Amazon.

Well, having seen the markup of the TOC in the user guide, I can attest to the fact that there's nothing at all special about it. But I take it an identical duplication of the code doesn't "pop up" in a calibre-built kindlebook on a Paperwhite?

Great idea. Will try that next and see what happens. I'm new to Calibre though. May not get it right the first few tries.
