I've noticed it's a bit more unstable than it used to be as well I went to chapter jump and it froze up completely went to restart it and it didn't complete loading basically I have to reboot my phone to make it work again.
Second time this has happened to me since the epub 3 updates although I'm still only trying to read normal epubs, never had any issue before.

So, new problem as of last few updates.

When switching from landscape to portrait or vise versa, it loses it's place - I have to remember the page number and then find it again. Anyone else have such a problem - on Nexus 7.
