They are adventure story writers for (primarily) boys.

Nothing's wrong with that, at all. Just some information.

I'm thinking of buying those two.

I like some short (extremely) light non-fantasy reading sometimes after finishing a 1500+ fantasy series For a price of €8.40, it's worth it to get those four books, even if only 2-3 novels in them ever get read.

DelphiClassics just released a G.A. Henty compilation:

edit: I've bought four books at Delphi:

R. M. Ballantyne
Robert E. Howard
Zane Grey
G. A. Henty

They cost just over $12, and qualify for the 15% code MERRYBEE, which may be used if a purchase costs at least $10. The site functions fine, but as one of the Baldur's Gate merchants used to say with a fat Irish accent: "Business is dreadfully slow lately." Finding, carting, buying, and downloading these four books cost me almost 30 minutes. So, add one at a time and be patient
Or you could download the omnibus editions of Henty's works that I uploaded here at MR today for free. They have all the ones from here and those I found at Gutenberg and cleaned up a bit in 17 collections.

That would be possible as well. I have a lot of Delphi books already, however, and I'm quite happy with them. I just split off the novel I want to read
