Don't forget Robert B Parker and Nora Roberts (in all her incarnations).

If you're looking a children's authors then there's Elinor M Brent-Dyer who wrote over 60 books in her classic Chalet School series.

Charles Hamilton has apparently been in the Guiness Book of Records as the world's most prolific author. Also known as Frank Richards, Martin Clifford, and numerous other pen-names. He is estimated (according to Wikipedia) to have written about 100 million words, equivalent to about 1200 average length novels.
