Actually, I've noticed the .apnx disappears on my KT and the .mbp1 gets bigger, once the book is opened.

I stil have page numbers.

What seems odd to me is that page numbers were appearing in SparkleMotion's books until she registered her PW, at which point they disappeared from all books until (if I understand the preceding posts correctly) she uploaded just one new book to her PW, at which point the page #s were again correctly displayed in all books again. Why would the act of uploading one book cause the page numbers to start appearing again in all the books on her KPW? Not really important, just seems like odd programming to me.

I had a similar problem.

I had to reset my KPW to factory settings because of another problem. Once I did that I lost my page numbers.

I ended up reloading the latest KPW update and then the page numbers reappeared.

I didn't have to reload books etc, the page numbers just appeared.
