If you convert it to htmlz and unzip the resulting file you can open it with IE.

There is really 2 W95
The original W95 really small RAM footprint < 16M
And W95 b/c which should have 16-32M to run decently. (C added 1st gen USB )
(W98 was an big improvement but needs 32M to hit the sweet spot)

As long as i can open with a browser i dont think i have to go this far. But Opening with DOs seems interesting
