You are looking at posts that are over four years old. Those methods worked with the firmware that was available at that time and has change since then. You need to look at what is available for the firmware running on your Aura ONE. This is probably version 4.10.11655. In that case, using "FullScreenReading" in the config file will work, but it removes both the header and footer. It is only in the 4.11.x firmware versions that the header can be removed by itself when reading kepubs.
