Calibre cannot remove deleted file on Kobo - Page 2

Did the factory reset from Settings, opened desktop app., tried to connect & almost 12 hrs passed, app still busy, can't finish setup. To interrupt the program is not a good idea , I guess, but if setup can't be finished... Will give it a little bit more time.
