I don't have a plan, though I've done a trial (or two ). My books qualify but no banner for me. Not complaining though; their $5 credit went to good use

for some reason when I access the page on my chrome i don't see it, but when I access from my phone I do. Don't know if its because I am currently in incognito mode on Chrome or what.weird

The counter seems to come and go. Based on past experience, taking a screenshot when you reach the required number of purchases is a good idea.

Interesting, with a secure link (https), I don't see the counter. With a standard link (http), I see it. Drop the "s" in the link and see if that helps.

It's javascript. Often it's blank if there is any slowness/delay on the page.

I had to refresh dozens of times to get it to come up.

Everyone in the US should qualify (not sure about other countries); generally if you can see the offer page and not an error msg, you are eligible for Audible promos.
