Different CPU I think. 200Mhz on the Cybook, 400 Mhz on the new models from Netronix. RAM might differ too.

Remember, though, that, unlike Linux, CE is not a free operating system. You'd need to purchase a licence to run it, and there might be administrative difficulties in doing so.

No, we were talking about the possibility of reflashing a Gen3 with CE. Obviously if you bought a machine supplied with Windows CE, the price of the machine would include the licence .

I think Harry is referring to you installing WinCE on a device on your own,not buying a reader that runs it.
