My first hand experience conversing with migrants and refugees is that you don't press for answers to 'why' questions, especially in the interrogative form "I'll ask again, why?"

Yes, you are right. English not my native language. But I answered the question "why". Simply initially I considered that it not to belong to my main question. To whom what difference, why to mePDF format?
