I ran into an interesting and timely post today in the Good Ereader blog about a UK charity QuickReads, which commissions well-known bestselling authors to write short works of fiction and non-fiction to promote adult literacy, including ESL/EFL learners. Have you tried googling "learning english for Iranian / Farsi / Persian" ? There are many courses online and quite a lot of material for free on Youtube. Good luck
