There's nothing wrong with you, it's clearly a Kobo issue (and possibly a NEW one) and its fame about ALWAYS being buggy one way or another.

1. Good idea, I'll deactivate the sync and report back !
2. For sure kepub ( epub I have to retest). Backwards ( I close it on the first page of a chapter and it opens on the last page of the previous chapter)

That's not what I was expecting. Is this only happening when you have the freeze or any time you close the cover and reopen?

Is there any chance that something in the cover is touching the screen when it is closed and turning the page back before it goes to sleep?

Once again.. Good catch. Sometimes a word is selected and looked up un the dict. So I assume a page could be flipped
I once again had a freeze during the day. Sync ils deactivated

That blows that theory. Can you have a look in the .kobo directory on the device for some files? If it is crashing, it could be producing stack logs. These will have the names "stack_nn.log" where nn is two number. If there are any, post them with an idea of what you were doing at the time. Kobo will probably see them.
