I contacted Kobo Customer care three days ago and I have yet to receive a response. I'm considering moving future purchases to Amazon Kindle as I have both apps on my tablet so it would be trivial to do this. I am not happy with the standard of Kobo's customer care and I have had numerous issues with their dreadful website and its interface. The fact that books can apparently vanish from my Library without any warning is particularly worrying.
