@Stephie: I looked around the lulu.com website, and it appears that the books you'd purchase there do not have any DRM on them, so you should have no problems applying the suggestions posted by other users in this thread to those books.

A bit of a (delayed) over reaction, don't you think? I expected the OP to post a link to a website page where a book could be purchased and, you can see in Stephie's post [that immediately precedes yours] that that is exactly what Stephie did.
