Hi,

Not sure if it's the firmware 3.1.0 or the latest updates for Windows 8.1, but now my PC does not recognize my KT. The KT recognizes the PC.

What do you think?

8.1 plays just fine with my Kobo Aura 3.1.0. It may be one of those issues that come about because 3.1.0 was not released, or meant for, the Touch.

Firware 3.1.1 was released today. It fixes the vertical spacing bug that existed in 3.1.0 -- and so I withdraw my suggestion that you not update. Skip 3.1.0, of course, but go to 3.1.1, if you like.

If you have a newer Touch model (type C), it is the FW, cf. this post. I did not yet try 3.1.1.

Edit: Touch C cannot connect via USB under FW 3.1.1 too.

Except...3.1.1 adds back the multiple shelves problem.

Fixed the sleep in 60 seconds bug.

Fixed the line spacing bug.

Broke the flippin' shelves. Again.
