I would not worry about the battery

Even if the Cybook would last just one week (this has to do with one’s use, mine went from 100% to 70% in the first month!), and the battery would just recharge just 500 times (and not 1.500 times as junior says it probably do)…
We are talking of 9,62 years of lifetime, and by then the Cybook would be death of natural causes, or just completely obsolete, or…

For me, battery = no worry!

For me, battery = no worry!
Drained my battery down to 10% before it needed recharging today! Woo-Hoo! Only took me three months to get it tuned in.

I'm still not sure that I'll ever need a replacement battery, but now that I know I can order a replacement direct from HECELL, I'm not worried at all. I figure in the next month I'll get the exact HECELL catalog number and order two spares (After all, they're cheaper than Bookeen has them.).

You may want to wait.
Even when not in use batteries age, although not as much as when in use.
Has to do with electrolyte or something like that.
