hmm i'm annoyed by this..
i downgraded to 5.3.6 but the jailbreak still don't want to start...

Okay let's just check you have gone thru the basics.

What do you mean by this?

It's greyed out?

Please tell us the SERIAL NUMBER (first 5ish digits is fine), The file you chose (Just to be certain), and how you put it on there... (I'm assuming over USB onto FAT, but assumptions are never good)

Need more info to be helpful...

EDIT: look below... Roll it back further?

Because 5.3.6 can't be jailbroken. Downgrade to 5.3.5 at most.

i was a little overwhelmed how much efford amazn puts into locking my device up, sorry therefore.
