I dropped mine once with no problems (it was in the case) - but then the tragic day came when I fell asleep with it - and somehow put pressure on it that way. The screen fractured.
I sent it to Bookeen and they replaced the screen for about 1/2 the cost of a new device. (well, they sent me an entirely new unit - new pid, no more wearing on the button, etc). |
