The screen may be as good as in the pics, or not. The good thing is that if it sucks, I'll send it back and have more money on my pocket - but at least I'll know for sure and can relax.

I never use Goodreads and don't like using social media sites.

8. Kindle FreeTime for kids
I don't have kids.

9. Kindle MatchBook
Don't apply to me since I don't buy printed books anymore unless it's a bigger book with lots of pictures and diagrams and hence unsuitable for an e-reader.

Verdict: I wouldn't upgrade and I would just wait until Amazon incorporates new features from PaperWhite 2 to PaperWhite 1 with a firmware upgrade. Amazon incorporated new features from PaperWhite 1 to Kindle Touch with a firmware upgrade so they may do the same thing with PaperWhite 1.
