Well I finally got my tracking number today (Wednesday) and it has just shipped today, not Monday. Oh well, as I've learned from various threads in the Kobo forum that's par for the course for them, lol! Only took me 3 or four e-mails with the woman who originally contacted me to get the number. It's coming via UPS; current status shows:

Regarding the shipping issue, it seems to happen mostly to people living in the USA but I might be wrong on that one.
