Harry that's so cool. I gave mine to a neighbor kid who broke his legand was going to have a very boring summer. I still see him outside under a big tree reading on it. So it's still getting use reading public domain classics. And making use of my Webscriptions account.

I just wish the battery life was better for him. It's the DR1000S so battery life was never stellar.

I think the ereader concept with the edge to edge screen is a more clever design than the dual screen ereader.

At least this is an idea I haven't seen before.

Still, if they'd provide the option to hide the interface buttons apart from the page number and progression, I might actually buy this thing just to have a "real book" ereader, if it was not too expensive.

It would be a nice option to have, as it gives one double the screen estate, without making the reader bigger for storage. It'll only be thicker.

I'm curious if the part between the two screens actually twists (if it is that flexible).

The other dual screen model, the FlipBook has the interface buttons on the part that connects the two screens.

I actually like the Flipbook better, because the two screens are closer together, However, the buttons in the middle virtually destroy the "book experience" for me. Apart from the page number and/or progression indicator, an ereader such as this should have NO permanently visible controls anywhere in the reading area.

The buttons in the middle wouldn't bother me. I can just pretend it's a bookmark and ignore it while reading.
