US Gov seeks to strike a copyright balance, wants your input

Adopt the Canadian rules. They have to kowtow to us more than often enough -- this time we could harmonize with their law and regulations.

Well, I've plowed through the document. Multiple mentions of the importance of copyright to encourage creativity. Not one mention in the entire document of the fact that copyright has a <limited> duration - not one!
