That's where I had the most eligible purchases with ten titles; only two each at B&N and Amazon so at least I know I've got something coming to me.

I just got the notice and I haven't bought anything from the BPHs since the Fix was announced.

They've been at it for days and presumably will take longer to notify all the customers in range of the settlements. If you got the Oct email, you're on the list and they'll probably get to you eventually.

I'm wondering if the "more gift certificate credits" I'm eligible for are linked to B&N's absorption of my Fictionwise purchases; I made a lot more purchase frow FW than I've ever done from B&N.

So for Google and smaller retailers it looks like you have to file a claim to get anything, while Amazon, Apple, B&N, Kobo (all giving credits) & Sony (giving checks).

File A Claim
If you bought E-book(s) through Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble or Kobo you are not required to file a Claim Form to participate in the Settlements. You will receive an email or postcard notice with information on how to activate your credit.

If you bought E-books from Sony you are not required to file a Claim Form to participate in the Settlements. You will receive a check mailed to you for your eligible E-book(s) purchases.

If you bought E-books from Google or another retailer not named above, you are required to complete an online Claim Form by October 21, 2013.
