For those who are interested, I debunked this article:

The tl;dr version is that the blogger read too much into one of Amazon's promo videos, misunderstood what the video actually said, and then proceeded to speculate wildly on what it could mean.

He also misstated an old rumor as fact, overgeneralized a complex question with a simple answer, and pretty much didn't say anything new at all.
