ballyc27, with great respect I would stop 'digging' if I were you, before that hole gets too deep. That admission is certainly not a faux pas in itself, but does say something about your 'expertise' if you are using it as a reason for wrongly classifying one of the best known scientific works ever. And before I'm corrected, Darwin did use accepted scientific method - whether you accept the validity of this and his conclusions is another matter. Pax Vobiscum.

Are people for real? saying they wont visit his site because of a book he has classified 'wrongly' even if he believed it goes there is that a justifiable reason not too buy from him or use his site?

of course not! the guy cant win! what if some christians go on his site and say why is this book not in science fiction? after all its made up!

Why arent you all insisting the Bible be in the fiction section? its clearly a better fit in fiction than anywhere else....
