Two mistakes: two years warranty since Arta Tech has to meet EU requirements.
As about the customer service I've left a message at https://www.facebook.com/OnyxBooxItalia and I quickly received a very exhausting answer

Yes, the prices need to be slightly corrected but the improvements already made in these last two months are very promising
