I know I'm really late to this party, but I'll toss in a second vote for Mobipocket on the Blackberry Curve. It's a little more flexible for crowded subway commutes than my Sony, where space is a huge issue.

I can't wait for the Blackberry 9000 (Bold) The screen has doubled in resolution to 480x320. Nice. Though my main reader is a Nokia 770 running Fbreader. With my Curve, it's useful to always have your current book in your pocket!
