It might be that the book will become free sometime today (Monday). I know I've gone to buy some books at Amazon that were supposed to be free and it went from not free to free after a set time of day (usually after 3am). It's been free before in the past I believe. I picked up a copy of it in Feb of this year and it was free then.
edit:Hmm. Still not free today.
