Now as you mentioned it, I remember a discussion with a friend of mine who bought a same (ad-sponsored) reader at the same time and same place as me about the power-off (I told him that I'm bothered about not to keep the device in sleep mode), and told me whenever he set the reader to power off to 5 min or 60 min, it never turns off from sleep mode. I'll ask him about this issue again.
