I didn't read that entire mess, where "diff" magically changes a single line difference into 8 lines of output, but ...
You do need one of the init systems. Does the K3 (and this busybox) use the standard SYSV init system? Not using mdev and systemd would then be reasonable (grep for SYSV). |

AFAICT there is no SYSV, systemd or Mdev support in the original setup. at all.?
Also all the module commands are elided. So it must be reasonably assumed this is being handled by something else. perhaps... *more thought on that one later I think* EDIT: This will be handled outside busybox Last edited by twobob; 09-02-2012 at 01:03 PM. |

Does that file (replacement for a link) need to be like:
/mnt/us/bin/busybox "$@" to pass arguments? Hmm... I can't remember if "$@" includes "$0" - so maybe: /mnt/us/bin/busybox "$0" "$@" Hmm... Also not sure if #!/mnt/us/bin/busybox Will include "$0" and "$@" Drat! How easy it is to forget these simplest of things. I had better hang out a "closed" sign on my help desk for the rest of today. |
