Personal Documents Cover Fix!

This is just for personal documents not sideloaded books. Pdocs are books you email or use Send To Kindle to add to your personal documents cloud. These are the ones with the white covers problem.

I just used Calibre to email two pdocs to the Fire (First time I did it that way? I think) and the covers showed up fine, both in the Carousel and in the document library.

Yeah there is a server out there that works right but alot of times you get the white covers one. When I get the good one I send a bunch of books through and all have covers. close WiFi then open again and resend the rest and white covers. So I know it's a server issue. I will say it has been better slightly in the last month.

I too am experiencing the same "server issue" - sometimes the covers are there, sometimes not. No pattern that I can see - just random luck I guess.

Yeah the only explanation is it's a server issue. I've tried size, I've tried making sure all books that did show covers were now made the same way. It didn't work. I use Amazon covers, I tried removing ASIN to see if would pull the cover from the file. Nothing works. I still have to clear the Kindle data app to get my covers.
