How do you actually get the low prices, and where can I find the day 2 links on the page? (I see them in post 1 in this thread, but I get regular prices, even when logged in)

Day 2 links haven't been posted to Audible yet. They will be later this morning. In the meantime, Audible wants you to follow the hints and find them yourself.

As to getting the sale prices, you need a paid membership or other memberships no longer offered.

I do not get the sales prices. No matter, I check almost all my audiobooks from the library. I feel bad for the authors sometimes, but then I remember that the library buys more copies than I would so it more than evens out.

Not trying to talk you out of buying it, but something else to consider is getting it from your library. It's available in both ebook (Kindle, EPUB, PDF) and audiobook (WMA) formats at some of the libraries I belong to.

I'm tempted by this one, since I read The Kite Runner a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. Holding off to check if my husband wants it, since he's the primary consumer of audiobooks in our family and I could always read it instead.

Overdrive doesn't help me, since it only has WMA format which I can't use since I don't run Windows.
