@nyn - if you applied what I mentioned above it will *strip* the data out, so it is completely lost. I mentioned a possible enhancement on the Import List plugin thread that I will add at some point which is to allow the regex stripping to be more granular, which would then allow isolating the series/series index data specifically from the title and stuffing them into series/series index columns. Which is ultimately what people would want. As I said on the other thread my starting point didn't involve this plugin scraping series data at all, under the assumption that people would just do a metadata download to populate it do it didn't matter if it was stripped, but I can appreciate that some might like to use the values that they already potentially have available without the download step.
Glad to hear you are enjoying the plugin. I will add this enhancement and support for populating an identifier field in the next version, but I'm too busy having fun in the Sigil source code at the moment to work on calibre plugins... |
